Operations Manager (Warehouse & Fulfillment)
Onsite Pasig City Metro Manila Full-time
Sodarizer is looking for an Operations Manager to own and scale its warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role ensures that as sales grow inventory assembly dispatch and customer experience all run smoothly efficiently and reliably.
What youll do
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory assembly order fulfillment and dispatch.
- Manage inventory tracking forecasting and replenishment to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time by coordinating with couriers and delivery partners.
- Lead and coach frontline teams including warehouse staff assembly/fulfillment teams and a Customer Success Representative.
- Create implement and improve SOPs so operations can handle increasing order volumes.
- Monitor key operational KPIs (inventory accuracy fulfillment speed customer issues) and solve problems under pressure.
This is an end-to-end operations leadership role not just a warehouse supervisor position.
What were looking for
- Hands-on experience managing warehouse operations end-to-end in ecommerce retail distribution FMCG logistics or similar environments.
- Strong background in inventory management order fulfillment and coordinating with delivery partners.
- Experience leading frontline operations teams and enforcing processes on the ground.
- High attention to detail with a strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Process-oriented thinker who can improve systems while keeping execution fast and practical.
Experience running a warehouse that scaled in volume handling ecommerce surges (campaigns promos) and using warehouse/inventory systems is a strong plus.
Work setup salary and benefits
- Arrangement: Fully onsite.
- Location: Pasig City.
- Level: Mid-level management reporting directly to the founders and managing warehouse assembly/fulfillment and CS teams.
