What Youll Be Doing

Source outreach to and onboard brand partners
Guide vendors through setup and help ensure a smooth launch
Act as a point of contact for vendors and help coordinate next steps
Support affiliate and influencer outreach and ongoing campaigns
Help with marketing campaigns seasonal promos and special launches
Draft outreach emails DMs and follow-ups
Support social media initiatives and assist with light design work (Canva)
Schedule calls track outreach and keep records organized
Coordinate with internal teams to keep everything moving smoothly

What Were Looking For

Comfortable managing email and calendars
Familiar with tools like Zoom Google Suite/Docs Excel Instagram Slack Apollo and GoAffPro
Organized detail-oriented and a clear communicator
Comfortable juggling vendor relationships outreach and campaign support
