Patient Intake Coordinator (ABA / Autism Care)

- 95pm EST to start (will shift to a later schedule over time)
About the Role
This role is the first point of contact for families seeking ABA therapy for autism care. Youll handle outreach calls intake screenings and data entry helping families move smoothly into benefits verification and authorization. This role requires empathy strong communication and comfort with both phone-based work and CRM systems.
What Were Looking For
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or autism care (required)
- High English fluency (spoken and written)
- Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
- 2 years in patient intake healthcare ops or customer service
- Comfortable with high call volume and detailed data entry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Empathetic organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible to support evenings or weekends when needed
Responsibilities
- Call prospective families promptly after online sign-ups
- Conduct intake screenings and gather missing information
- Build trust and provide empathetic support to families
- Log and manage intake data accurately in Salesforce
- Qualify convert or close leads as appropriate
- Follow up with cold or unresponsive leads
- Collaborate with intake managers and cross-functional teams
- Follow SOPs scripts and quality standards
