Technical execution: Ensure all on-site activities and construction work adhere strictly to design plans engineering standards and project specifications.

Quality control: Conduct inspections and checks to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets required standards.

Safety and compliance: Enforce health safety and legal regulations on the site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients architects contractors and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and collaboration.

Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and unexpected problems that arise during the project to prevent delays.

Documentation and reporting: Prepare daily work programs take minutes at meetings and compile detailed reports on project progress costs and other key metrics.

Resource management: Manage the procurement organization and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
