Campaign Manager
The opportunity
As the Campaign Manager you will orchestrate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives collaborating closely with BMC program leaders and managers. By leveraging your proven expertise in campaign management and Brand & Marketing you will oversee budgets and timelines and analyze performance metrics. Your role will also involve nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all campaigns align with our rigorous quality and effectiveness standards. This role is for an individual that has worked with BMC supporting creative campaigns and thought leadership development and activation. This is an opportunity for an individual to work on the Global Ripples Brand & Marketing team to deliver high-end content ranging from video to social media campaign assets etc.
As a Campaign Manager you will be hands-on in campaign execution. From devising timelines and managing budgets to handling various campaign channels such as social media digital events and print you will oversee the entire process. Analyzing campaign performance and deriving insights will also be a key responsibility. The individual will have experience working with internal and external creative agencies and have good writing skills.
Your key responsibilities
Project Management Responsibilities:
- BMC Task Management: Lead the project management efforts for all BMC tasks facilitating collaboration among team members and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Internal Toolkit Oversight: Manage and maintain our internal toolkits ensuring they are up-to-date.
- BMC Statistics Management: Analyze and report on BMC statistics providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive strategic decision-making.
- Website Management (): Oversee the content and functionality of our corporate website ensuring it reflects our brand identity and meets the needs of our stakeholders.
- Award Process Management: Coordinate the award submission process including gathering necessary materials adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality submissions that showcase our achievements.
- Procurement: Lead all efforts of BMC procurement including bridge contracts etc.
- Event Management: Help coordinate efforts include invites RSVPs etc.
- SCORE Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of SCORE ensuring all assets are updated based on SCORE feedback.
Creative Responsibilities:
- Podcast Support: Assist in the promotion of the Better Heroes podcast.
- Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate on writing and curating engaging content for our social media platforms aimed at enhancing our online presence and fostering community interaction.
- Growth Opportunities: Explore additional creative and campaign based responsibilities and projects based on performance in project management tasks.

- Stakeholder Feedback: Skill in collecting and applying stakeholder feedback for campaign enhancements.
- Team Leadership: A motivational team player adaptable during peak periods.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
- Experience: Over 4 years of end-to-end campaign management experience and more than 9 years in B2B marketing preferably within professional services or similar sectors. Proven expertise in managing global-level processes and projects.
Ideally youll also have
- Prior experience in B2B Brand & Marketing settings.
- Track record of event execution B2B brand exposure and project management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and bridging expectations with capabilities.
