What you will do:
- Collaborate with product engineering and research teams to design execute and evaluate AI experiments.
- Adapt and implement cutting-edge research methods to optimize and scale model performance in production.
- Build end-to-end pipelines for training fine-tuning distillation and deployment of customized ML solutions.
The ideal candidate:
- Possesses strong programming experience in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Has proven experience building robust scalable ML systems comfortable with CI/CD and model deployment.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or SLMs (e.g. OpenAI Llama) and related frameworks (e.g. LangChain).
