The opportunity

How youll make an impact

1. You will work as a business partner accountable for business planning budgeting and forecasting following the global BU HUB BU and LSUs processes.

will drive the business performance monitor business progress provide insights analysis early warning and recommend actions drive profitable growth fit-for-purpose cost structure productivity improvement and capital efficiency ensure effective cash flow and networking capital management.

will serve as the main interface between LSU controlling and all service units collaborate and work with local controlling teams together to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance also collaborate with HUB controlling CCC team as well as country functions.

will be accountable for the project review support on risk management cost monitoring and control for planning cost and posting cost.

5. You will lead process optimization and standardization lead FCM setup and validation implement internal controls and related coordination tasks build up the dashboard of LSU CN controlling OBL/BS checking and follow-up M&A financial analysis support and other tasks assigned by LSU controller.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

hold a bachelors degree or above in business administration Finance Accounting.

than 5 years of operational experience in Finance and Controlling especially in manufacturing company.

knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools. Strategic critical and analytical thinkingcapabilities fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ownership capability of working under pressure.

English skill.
