KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TheSenior ManagerRetail Account Administrationis a critical member of the Operations team andkeyadvocateofoperational strategiesneededto delivergrowthfor both retail anddirect individual willbe responsible forsupporting thedevelopmentand implementation ofstrategies that willensure98% on-timeand in-fulldelivery tocustomers at the lowest possible Manager Retail Account Administrationwillwork in conjunction withtheVice President Retail Operations North America asorchestra leadersleadingtheorder managementteamandpartneringwithandinfluencingDemand andSupplyPlanningSalesDistributionand 3PL partnersto deliverboth top and bottom-lineresultswhileexceedingcustomer expectations. Additionally this leader will embody and drivetheSharkNinjaethos tomaniacally eliminateinefficienciesin every process and every projectdeliveringworld-class results.

The ideal candidate is a progressive manager who is recognized for theirmanagement skills operational excellence communication and interpersonal a leadership style that fosters collaboration anddemonstratea track recordof outstanding results.

Specifically theSenior ManagerRetail Account Administrationwill:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners on executing monthly Order to Cash for assigned accounts
  • Hire trainand oversee best-in-class order management associatesresponsible for accurately processing ordersto achieveOTIF and OrderLifeCyclemetrics.
  • Take the leadonidentifyingrisksandsubsequentlydevelopingand executingmitigationplans.
  • DevelopOrderManagementassociates processesand toolswhile building opportunities for career development and growth.
  • Driveimprovements andstandardization toeliminateinefficienciesacrossassignedretailer accounts.
  • Take onadditionaloperations projects as requested and partner with leaders in other business units to drive operational improvements.
  • Show the ability to think proactively and independently drive solutions and results.
  • Create develop and present status updates and executive summariesto Upper Management on projects programsor initiatives(PowerPoint).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • A university degree; preferably Commerceorbusiness-relatedfield
  • 8 years of experience coaching and leading a team
  • 10 years of experience working in retail or wholesale environments
  • Projectmanagement experience considered an asset
