Are you ready to take your career to the next level Join our Supply Chain team as a Market Fulfillment Analyst within the META & CEEI this role you will blend strong analytical skills with a passion for efficiency contributing directly to ensuring seamless product availability across key markets.

SUMMARY

As a Market Fulfillment Analyst you will play a key role in regional inventory planning monitoring and product availability. You will ensure continuous stock visibility coordinate replenishment support risk mitigation and collaborate with Customer Service Network Planners and manufacturing teams to maintain high service levels across META & CEEI.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Scope:
Main: United Arab Emirates and South Africa Domestic and Distributors Supplied from local Warehouses. Additional extension to META&CEEI full region for particular SBU products or for people back-up.
421M Net Sales clusters (META&CEEI)
X Inventory Value at local warehouses.
2 Main replenishment warehouses (UAE and ZA) with potential participation in 5 warehouses for particular SBU products or for people back-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Act as main contact between Network planners factory planners and local customer service teams.
Generate communication in terms of goods availability.
Create reliable availability information for MTS markets provide availability dates for required products to domestic and distributor markets.
Complete on timely manner Backlog reports or Operational Report to indicate expected availability date for shipping purpose. Make sure that information provided to Customer Service is correct.
Ensure planning parameters are correctly updated on planning systems.
Monitor and control levels of safety stocks review with key stakeholders to ensure that replenishment lead time and MOQ support sustainable coverage levels. Guarantee minimum stock coverage.
Review live warehouse replenishment needs expedite urgent needs and analyze and address excess stock coverage. Review inventory on monthly basis with commercial to address aging and excess stock issues.
Responsible for continued optimization in bond orders to keep Freight R costs as low as possible.
Responsible for MBD monthly process making sure excess inventory is accrued for discarding.
Be accountable for BDN and re-distribution. Monitor movement within and between warehouses.
In relation with allocation team if allocation exceeds Demand (opportunity) and assess impact with allocation revision (risk).
Work on improvement plan of communication with Planning/Factories. Manage back-order weekly communications and customer service.
Act closely with QRCN and Marketing to ensure on-time availability on new products.
Work together with planning to update parameters. To ensure planning has an impact on not moving products.
Attend IM lead meetings; monitor changes as system implementation; 3PL or 4PL system implementation; planning system parameters massive review.

Reporting
Back order report. Drive for improvement of our back orders.
Supply Report. Drive for improvement of our supply KPIs (High Risk orders).
Inventory report. Discuss inventory blocked and aged stock with commercial team. Drive for coverage and harmonized coverage. Guarantee minimum stock coverage.
IMD Inventory reports for obsolescence.
BW Service Level KPI.

Team Support
Support roles of Market Fulfillment activities in META&CEEI region.
Back-up for fulfillment analysts within META&CEEI region during leave periods.
Responsible for maintaining and updating Market Fulfillment SOPs.


WHAT YOULL BRING


Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend effective actions.
57 years of experience in supply chain roles ideally in inventory or fulfillment.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with JDE or Rapid Response is an advantage.
Proactive solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English and French.
