Job Summary
What youll do
- Analyzing regulations and/or business/client specific requirements of the national and international Banking Authorities
- Designing implementing and testing (e. g. regulatory) requirements new features or software improvements.
- Producing reasonable test cases and test data and defining user stories in terms of the agile software development process as well as creating documentation for clients and internal use.
- Close collaboration with national and international colleagues at all levels and skills within the organization e.g. Software Engineers Architects etc.
- Provision of customer support (Hotline Workshops User Groups) and support of customer projects

- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role with focus on regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation skills; able to translate complex regulations into practical solutions.
- Hands-on experience working within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills able to engage and influence stakeholders across business compliance and technical teams.
- Degree in Finance Business or Information Technology preferred
- Very good (spoken and written) level of English.
