A career in our Microsoft Dynamics team will provide the opportunity to help our clients transform their technology landscape across Front Back and Mid-Office functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. We focus on contributing to PwCs value proposition of strategy led and technology enabled by aligning our Consulting Solutions industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 Azure Power Platform and Power BI.

As part of the Microsoft CRM team you will help our clients transform their Sales Service and Marketing functions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built front office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

In digital project management at PwC you will oversee and coordinate digital projects enabling successful delivery within budget and timelines. Your work will involve utilising strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Meaningful work youll be part of

As a Project Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve business issues deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Defining the project scope objectives key deliverables risks budget resources
  • Developing publishing and acquiring approvals on the project charter and securing the required approvals to proceed
  • Working with business analysts to ensure that business requirements are accurately documented and approved by the business
  • Applying agreed to change management strategy to deliver a structured approach to inform involve and prepare people to adopt change positively and effectively
  • Defining and monitoring work time and costs estimates/forecasts
  • Developing and managing the overall project plan including project dependencies
  • Developing managing and monitoring risks and issues and proactively addressing and escalating these to ensure timely resolution
  • Managing sponsor and stakeholder expectations and regularly reporting progress to the sponsor key stakeholders and Steering Committee

Experiences and skills youll use to solve

  • Some technical experience on low code platforms specifically Power Platform is a must.
  • Experience managing multiple medium to large sized complex projects (IT and business) from initiation through to implementation and hand-off to the operations and support organization
  • Understanding of organizational change management practices and processes that address an organizations change readiness
  • Waterfall project management with some proven experience using agile methodology
  • Proactively anticipates and manages client expectations by: communicating risks and issues their impacts and mitigation / resolution defining and prioritizing issues risks and issues gaining consensus on what needs to be done and gaining sign off and clearly communicating scope timing cost deliverables and resource requirements and getting approval to proceed
  • Has led and managed multiple complex projects using standard project management methodology and approaches that aligns with PMI
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills especially with senior/C level executives
  • Managing complex IT and business projects from initiation to implementation
  • Organizational change management practices
  • Ability to motivate and mentor project team members
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
