Job Profile: Sr. Analayst / Specialist Global Consolidation
Qualification : CA Inter MBA finance Commerce Graduate.
Experience : 8-10 Year experience in Consolidation preferably Listed entity.
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and supporting global financial consolidation processes with a strong focus on intercompany transactions exchange rate management system audits and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial data across regions and systems supporting audits and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intercompany Transactions:
- Review and resolve intercompany differences Globally
- Conduct detailed Forex reviews to ensure accuracy in intercompany balances.
- Exchange Rate Management:
- Full ownership of exchange rate processes across SAP BW and BPC systems.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy in currency conversion rates.
- Stock Reserve:
- Analyze and post stock reserve entries.
- Address and resolve system challenges related to stock reserve processes.
- Chart of Accounts (COA):
- Support creation extension blocking and monitoring of FS and GL accounts.
- BPC/ GR Consolidation System Monitoring:
- Support in system audits and monitor BPC/GR performance and data integrity.
- Forex Revaluation & Depreciation:
- Adhoc support in monthly forex revaluation and depreciation processes to subsidiaries.
- BPC/GR Entries:
- Review and reclassify BPC/GR entries to ensure correct financial reporting.
- Organizational Structure:
- Assist in creation and review of organizational structures within financial systems.
- Audit Support & Reporting :
- Provide necessary reports and respond to audit queries efficiently.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in SAP BW and BPC / GR systems.
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and forex processes.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial reporting and audit support.
- Effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
