Position Summary
The AI Solutions Leader/SME has full lifecycle ownership of the architecture and design of the AI offering with a primary emphasis on scoping framework integrity credibility and delivery. As the technical SME for all AI initiatives you will evaluate new and existing opportunities support day-to-day client meetings by demonstrating solutions capabilities and support Oxford in establishing technical competency with customers. You will provide Client advisory support ensuring Clients adopt and scale GenAI solutions successfully. While the AI Solutions Leader/SME sets direction and maintains methodological authority they lead and rely on the Sales Leader to activate pipeline orchestrate pursuits and drive adoption across the field. Together they ensure the offering maintains both market relevance and delivery confidence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a distinctive evidence-based POV for the AI solution area.
- Ensure repeatable frameworks and methodologies are activated broadly.
- Direct the Sales Leader to build disciplined pipeline momentum.
- Safeguard delivery integrity across early-stage deployments.
- Expand AI relevance across Oxfords full portfolio.
- Educate the business regarding AI capabilities while staying current with trends & market insights
- Ensure solutions adhere to security ethical and regulatory standards.
- Act as GenAI SME to lead the creation of best practices identify gaps create marketing materials new wins case studies white papers and leading workshops
Additional Responsibilities
- Set and drive technical solution selling strategies across AI ML Data Science Governance & Adoption
- Develop proposals RFP responses SOWs and drive scoping efforts for Professional Services opportunities
- Develop and retain relationships with Associate Vendors PMs and SME consultants to win more opportunities
- Own design validation and refresh cadence of diagnostics toolkits and scorecards.
- Direct Sales Leader on how assets should be positioned externally.
- Provide expert/advisory guidance to ongoing Client engagements to ensure quality control
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify AI opportunities & draft solution proposals
- Approve sales campaigns narratives and target account priorities.
- Hold Sales Leader accountable for account manager adoption of positioning tools.
- Act as SME sponsor in deal-shaping and objection handling.
- Review proposals for technical ROI or alignment integrity.
Skills
- Excellent business acumen verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Authority-driven yet enabling by leading with expertise while empowering Sales Leader to execute.
- Evidence-first communicator to avoid vague positioning.

Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science.
- AI Certifications are a plus
- Deep understanding of LLMs prompt engineering and fine-tuning technologies
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs frameworks and integration strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock GCP Vertex AI).
- 5 years in AI/ML roles with at least 2 years in GenAI-focused projects.
- 1012 years in consulting or delivery-led SME leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to convert expertise into scalable frameworks.
- Experience guiding sales teams or pursuits from an SME vantage point.
- Strong articulation of ROI and technical-to-executive translation.
