We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented team member who will play a critical role in supporting our Leasing Agents ensuring a seamless high-quality experience for both prospective and current residents. You will be the key handoff point between our leasing and operations teams processing applications managing monthly payments following up on inquiries and collections and helping to ensure our communities run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized proactive and caring someone who brings warmth professionalism and enthusiasm to every interaction. This role is also perfect for someone who values teamwork and culture-building and who enjoys making things happen efficiently and effectively.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Acting as of point of contact for resident relations
- Administration and collection of tenant account receivables and reconciliation of resident
accounts; - Processing of residential leasing applications;
- Leasing preparation and signing;
- Preparing correspondence as necessary;
- Creating and maintaining resident files;
- Maintaining documentation and resident files in a complete and timely manner and
- Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional experience in Administration
- Previous experience with local Residential Tenancy Acts
- Background in accounting is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Proficiency with Yardi (or similar property management software)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse community of residents and prospects preferred.
