Job Summary

Our Support office location in Kitchener as an exciting opportunity for a Resident Billing Specialist to join their team.

Status: Permanent Full-Time
Location: 325 Max Becker Drive Kitchener
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

The expected hiring range for this is $50000 to $ 55000. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

To be successful as a New Resident Billing Specialist you will:

Set up and process resident contract packages
Ensure accuracy of billing manage billing adjustments and support
Support Administrative Coordinators as needed
Process Pre-Authorization payments bank files payment plans etc.
Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to plan organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines
Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work
Skill in customer service such as providing helpful and courteous support uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information collaborating with others on joint work/projects takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions
Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information
Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring passion hands-on innovation positive can-do attitude and hard work
