The expected hiring range for this is $50000 to $ 55000. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

To be successful as a New Resident Billing Specialist you will:
- Set up and process resident contract packages
- Ensure accuracy of billing manage billing adjustments and support
- Support Administrative Coordinators as needed
- Process Pre-Authorization payments bank files payment plans etc.
- Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
- Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to plan organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines
- Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work
- Skill in customer service such as providing helpful and courteous support uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information collaborating with others on joint work/projects takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions
- Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information
- Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring passion hands-on innovation positive can-do attitude and hard work
