About the role

As Senior Analyst People Systems & Reporting youll play a pivotal role in enhancing HR service delivery and creating an exceptional employee experience. This position focuses on optimising systems reporting and people data to support key operational initiatives. Working closely with P&C specialists and internal stakeholders youll lead the uplift of our reporting suite to deliver accurate efficient and insightful data that drives informed decision-making across the organisation.

What you will be doing

  • Contribute to the effective administration of HR systems and data ensuring accuracy and efficiency across key processes.
  • Drive improvements to our reporting suite delivering reliable insightful and actionable data to the business.
  • Educate and train stakeholders on accessing reports and understanding people metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Support month-end reporting and prepare ad hoc reports for People & Culture and the wider business. Present data clearly highlighting trends insights and recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for the GM of HR and other senior stakeholders including tailored reporting for AEMO when required.

What you will bring to the role

  • Tertiary degree in Commerce Human Resources IT Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience with HR systems data analysis and advanced Excel/reporting tools (SuccessFactors Power BI highly desirable).
  • Ability to interpret complex data identify insights and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experienced in training influencing and building collaborative relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills attention to detail confidentiality and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
