OurFinancial Services Technology Data andResilience(TDR)teamhelpsFSfirmsnavigatea fast-movingregulatorylandscapewhilehelpingthemtomanagecomplexdataandtechnologyenvironments.Fromshapingdatastrategiestoupliftingtheirdatamaturitythroughenhanceddatamanagementpracticeswecombinedeepsectorinsightwithleadingtechnologytosolveproblemsalongsideourclients.
KeyResponsibilities:
- DataStrategy: Leadthedevelopmentofenterprise-widedatastrategiesdatapolicies andoperatingmodelsembeddingsustainabledatamanagementand AIpracticeswhileensuringcompliancewithglobalregulatorystandardsandaligningwithsector-specificoperationalrequirements.
- DataGovernance:Adviseclientsonimprovingdataqualitylineage andcontrolstoaddressregulatorygapsstrengtheninternaloversight andenhancedatagovernancecapabilities. Thisincludesenablinggreaterconfidenceinreportinganalytics andtheadoptionofAI.
- Transformation: Support front and back-office transformation initiatives by improving data architecture to enhance pricing claimsautomationregulatoryreportingcustomerinsights andriskmanagement. Lead delivery teams on complex change programs from solution design to managing onshore and offshore technical delivery teams fostering business insights transformation and innovation.
- AI Integration: Leveraging AI and automation to improve scalability andperformanceindatamanagementandimplementationactivities suchasdatadiscoverydataqualitymonitoring andpolicyenforcement.
- Business Development: andwithclientstoachievesustainedoutcomesacrossthefulldatalifecyclefromassessmentand designtoimplementationandoptimization.
- StakeholderManagement:Exhibitstrongwrittenand verbalcommunicationskillstoarticulatepoliciesstrategies .
- Project Leadership: andtechnologicallyadeptteamsintegratingAI andtechnologicaltoolstooptimizeperformance.
- Change Management:Activelycontributetotheexecutionofbusinesschangeandrisktransformationprojectspotentiallymanagingconcurrentclientprograms. ReportupdatestoSenior Managers andabovewhiledevelopingstrategiestoaddresscomplextechnicalchallengesassistingfirmsinrethinkingtheirapproachtoriskandcontrolandimplementingeffectiveandlastingchange.
- Client Relationships: Build andmaintainstrong client relationshipsidentifyingopportunities to expand engagement with both new and existing clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Insurance or Banking sector enable clients to modernise and future proof their data capabilitiesbydesigningstrategicoperatingmodelsanddeployingfit-for-purposetoolsandplatforms.
- Extensive experience in Consulting or advisory experience to navigatecomplexindustry-specificdatachallengesincludingregulatoryscrutinyevolvingcustomerexpectations andlegacyoperatingmodels.
- Good understanding of the data governance eco system within Insurance or banking sector to facilitatestrategicandtechnologicaltransformationstoenhancedatagovernancecapabilities.
- Utilize your understanding of regulatory drivers such as Solvency II and IFRS 17 alongside data management frameworks like DAMA and DCAM to aid clients in crafting sustainable data strategies with effective governance helping insurers and banks alike enhance their data maturity governance and reporting practices through innovative and sustainable means.
- Familiaritywithinsurancemarketsandregulations(e.g. Solvency II IFRS 17 PRA) and exposuretoclouddataenvironmentsand moderndataarchitectures is preferred.
