Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:Oversee the development and execution of global events for SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio aligning with our marketing strategy and company objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful event planning including promotion branding and budget management.
Customer Experience:Ensure all events deliver a superior customer experience.
Performance Optimization:Continuously monitor and optimize event performance for improved ROI.
Internal Communications Strategy: Work with CMO SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio on internal communications strategy and execution
Content: Curate edit and structure internal communication content effectively to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and priorities
Channels: Maintain and monitor internal communication channels
Reporting & Analysis: Conduct monthly reporting and analyze the performance
What Were Looking For
Experience:3-5 years in B2B marketing focusing on event management and internal communications.
Event Management:Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
Performance-Driven:Focused on achieving results and continuous improvement.
Relationship Building:Strong ability to build collaborative relationships.
Project Management:Effective management of complex projects within budget and timelines.
Technology Proficiency:Proficient in marketing automation tools and performance tracking.
