Were looking for a motivated People Operations Coordinator intern to help our international People team deliver a smooth compliant employee experience during a critical period of transformation projects (payroll migration HRIS and LMS deployments). Youll gain hands-on experience across HR administration HRIS and payroll while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced multicultural tech environment.

Location: Toulouse office.

Target Start Date: Q1/Q2 2026

About the Role:

Collaborate with the People team to execute and continuously improve core People Ops processes while keeping data accurate and workflows efficient.
Manage administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding contract changes offboarding) and prepare/update employee documents (contracts amendments attestations).
Maintain People data in Rippling (HRIS) and support leave and benefits processes (PTO RTT sick leave).
Assist with monthly payroll inputs monthly/quarterly controls and social contributions declarations; maintain People data in Silae (payroll system).
Contribute to People Ops projects (e.g. HRIS rollout LMS implementation training tracking) and help improve HR reporting KPIs analytics and documentation/digitalization across People Ops.

Must Haves:

Currently enrolled in a program in HR Business Administration or similar.
Strong organization and attention to detail; able to handle confidential data with discretion.
Proficient in French and English.
Comfortable working in a digital multicultural environment.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll tools.
Experience or coursework in HR reporting KPIs and basic People analytics.
Interest in HRIS/LMS deployments and documentation/digitalization of People processes.
