Summary
About usFounded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937 the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.
Today it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including womens and mens ready-to-wear accessories and objets dart. The brands unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm material developments and todays social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity.
In 2021 Balenciagas 50th Couture collectionthe Houses first since its founder retired in 1968 reintroduces a standard of cutting-edge elegance.
From October 2015 to July 2025 Demna designed both mens and womens collections as the Artistic Director.
In July 2025 Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga.
Job Description
Your opportunity
Working in the Events department you will support the teams day-to-day activities and contribute to the organization of events and castings with the Houses modeling agencies.
How you will contribute
- Help manage the administrative aspects of fashion shows and events.
- Invoices and budget follow-up.
- Contracts and legal document coordination.
- Events presentation deck preparation.
Who you are
- A masters student at university or business school with a previous experience in event coordination.
- A person with good communication skills able to work with many different stakeholders.
- Able to work and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Curious agile and proactive
- Fluent in English.
- Available for a duration of 6 months as part of a paid internship.
