We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) to lead the transformation and optimization of the Record to Report (R2R) process across the enterprise. This role is central to enabling SAP S/4HANA capabilities driving enterprise-wide standardization and ensuring seamless integration across business and IT. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution ensuring that global processes enable operational efficiency scalability and alignment to YETIs growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in global process leadership ERP transformation and stakeholder influence with a strong enterprise-first mindset and a track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own key decisions for the global design governance and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Record to Report process including general ledger financial close reporting and compliance.

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA enablement for R2R ensuring alignment with business strategy finance transformation goals and enterprise architecture.

  • Define and implement future state processes global templates and decision frameworks for transportation management warehouse operations inventory control and logistics execution.

  • Serve as input authority for system configuration and data governance

  • Collaborate with Finance Controlling Tax Treasury and IT teams to harmonize processes and drive adoption of best practices.

  • Influence senior business and IT leaders to align on transformation priorities change management strategies and process governance.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process performance financial accuracy and business impact.

  • Serve as the voice of the business during design and testing

  • Drive change management training and communication plans to support global rollout and sustainment.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and regulatory standards (e.g. SOX IFRS GAAP).

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in finance operations business process ownership or ERP transformation with a focus on end-to-end Record to Report.

  • 10 years of management experience

  • Extensive experience with end-to-end financial processes including tax treasury accounting plan to perform and reporting & compliance.

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (e.g. FI CO Group Reporting) data models and integration frameworks.

  • Proven success leading global process design and ERP enablement initiatives.

  • Enterprise-first mindset with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders advocate for effective process management and lead teams

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R lifecycle including journal entries period-end close consolidation and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to influence across business units geographies and IT functions.

  • Experience with process governance performance measurement and continuous improvement.

  • Preferred SAP S/4HANA certification or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

  • Background in global organizations with complex financial structures and regulatory environments.
