A prominent global organization is seeking an Office Administration Manager to support daily branch operations employee coordination and cross-functional communication. This role sits at the center of the team helping employees navigate HR processes maintaining administrative structure and ensuring smooth coordination between local leadership and corporate functions. Some light accounting support is included but the primary focus is people processes and administrative leadership.
What you will be doing as an Office Administration Manager:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions onboarding support and employee communication.
- Assist with policy guidance training coordination and general employee support needs.
- Help managers and staff navigate internal systems and processes.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the branch ensuring smooth office operations.
- Maintain organized records documentation and internal communication workflows.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal departments at all levels to ensure aligned and timely information flow.
- Assist with basic AR/AP corrections invoice/document processing and customer/vendor statement reviews.
- Support preparation and coordination of routine financial reports and submissions.
- Provide user support for ERP related business applications and help train or guide managers and staff as needed.
What you will need as an Office Administration Manager:
- Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
- 57 years of experience in HR administration or accounting support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer proficiency including SAP/AS400 and Microsoft Office a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
