Razorpay was founded by Shashank Kumar and Harshil Mathur in 2014. Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.

We are a full-stack financial services organisation committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year weve disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of parallel Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

At Razorpay we are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support our Account Management Enterprise vertical. This role is pivotal in driving growth nurturing strategic relationships and delivering value to our enterprise clients through Razorpays suite of products and services. This role will play a key part in executing account strategies Collaborating cross functionally and ensuring seamless client experiences contributing directly to the success of our enterprise businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Growth & Strategy Develop and execute strategies to nurture start-up clients and enable them to achieve their business and financial goals through Razorpays offerings.
  • Relationship Management Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem including founders investors and CXOs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration Work with product operations and marketing teams to identify process improvements product enhancements and innovative solutions based on client feedback.
  • Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends competitor activities and ecosystem shifts to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or business development ideally in start-ups or fintech.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
