Conveyancing Solicitor - Tadcaster Hybrid- Up to 45000pa

We now seek a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum 2 years PQE to join this independent firm in Tadcaster on a hybrid basis.

What you will be doing

Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties new build transactions re-mortgages right to buy and help to buy schemes from inception to completion
Draft legal documents including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules
Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone in a confident manner providing clear accurate and up to date information

What you will have

Must be either a Conveyancing Solicitor of a Licensed Conveyancer 2 years PQE minimum
A proven track record of managing your own caseload
Have experience of using a Case Management system
Be a motivated self-starter able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
