Key Responsibilities:
- Manage analytical work in relation to corporate finance financial advisory and restructuring services
- Conduct data research analysis tabulation and presentation to facilitate client engagements
- Assist managers with their portfolio of clients specifically in liquidation and restructuring work within the framework of Companies Act No. 7 of 2007
- Analyze financial statements and management information of companies in liquidation and restructuring
- Analyze creditor claims in compliance with the Companies Act and dealing with creditors
- Assist in assets inventory taking managing and disposal
- Draft reports and correspondence for managers review
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Accounting Finance or Business Administration from a reputed university.
- Part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body (CIMA-UK / ACCA-UK / CA-SL) will be an added advantage.
- 12 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong writing skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Passion and drive to learn and explore new areas of expertise.
