What youll do:

  • Analyse People & Culture data to surface trends and insights delivering regular reports that inform strategic decisions.
  • Build maintain and secure dashboards and metrics; ensure data accuracy across HR systems for routine and ad hoc reporting.
  • Translate complex findings into clear action-oriented narratives for non-technical audiences to drive business decisions.
  • Streamline data collection and analysis through automation and apply predictive analytics (ML/AI) to anticipate workforce trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and offshore teams to enhance systems and processes using Human-Centered Design while upholding training and governance for data integrity and confidentiality.

What were looking for:

  • Proven expertise in Power BI (DAX) Alteryx SQL and/or Python with 2 years of hands-on experience building analytics solutions.
  • Practical HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) strong ETL skills and rigorous data governance ensuring accuracy consistency and confidentiality.
  • Exposure to Databricks or Microsoft Fabric and at least 1 year working with ML/AI and advanced analytics methods.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; confident presenting to leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Collaborative and self-directed with experience partnering with offshore teams and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
