- Engagement Success and Expectation Management: Actively participate in preparing project kickoffs to set clear expectations and define -operate with project managers related to ongoing projects to oversee delivery excellence maximize customer outcomes and safeguard commercial performance.
- Strategic Reporting & Analysis: Track analyze and report on key Sales metrics (revenue backlog project health CSAT) to support strategic decision-making. Provide regular updates on project status and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Sales Activity: Account growth & alignment meaning to identify opportunities to expand accounts by spotting unmet needs and coordinating with sales. Ensure seamless execution by translating pre-sales insights into actionable delivery plans.
- Process & Knowledge Improvement: Facilitate cross-functional alignment (sales delivery leadership) and knowledge sharing. Contribute to refining internal methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned from post-engagement reviews.
- Administration & Forecasting: Maintain accurate project and opportunity data in the CRM system including stages and projected close dates. Responsible for project-level revenue forecasting.
What will you bring
- Experience: 35 years of experience in consulting client engagement account management or delivery management in IT data or technology services - combined with 1-2 years of sales related activities (can be farming or hunting type or upselling etc).
- Problem-solving skills: Proactive in addressing challenges removing roadblocks and developing practical solutions to ensure project and client success.
- Client-facing skills: Strong ability to manage and grow client relationships with proven experience handling multiple stakeholders.
- Business acumen: Understanding of project-level financials (bookings revenue backlog profitability) and ability to report on performance metrics.
- Project/Engagement management: Familiarity with scoping planning and overseeing delivery of technology or data-related projects.
- Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret business metrics client feedback and delivery outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Cross-team collaboration: Skilled in working across sales and delivery teams ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations.
- Flexibility: Comfortable balancing multiple accounts managing changing priorities and occasionally traveling.

- Panel Presentation (60-90 minutes). During this round you will we will discuss your take-home assignment submission and your professional experience with your future manager.
- Cultural Fit Interview (60 minutes) with our Head of People. The focus will be on discussing more in-depth ways of working debriefing your performance during the interview process and pre-aligning on possible goals and focus post joining.
