WANTED! Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator Our client a successful independent agency in Sawbridgeworth is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be part of their team.

The role requires strong sales ability valuation experience instruction-winning skills and excellent client service.

Our client is looking for a driven and capable Senior Sales Negotiator.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality sales results conducting valuations winning instructions and supporting the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to further develop their estate agency career within a motivated supportive environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing applicant registration and viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales
• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Providing consistent high-quality customer service
• Supporting team targets and market growth

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential sales
• Proven valuation and instruction-winning ability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional presentation
• Self-motivated energetic and target-driven
• Knowledge of Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas is useful
• Full UK driving licence
