EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the IT Support Team at our Home Office in Columbia Mo for the 2025 summer.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist users with basic connectivity issues with devices monitors printers etc.
• Own projects solutions and key responsibilities
• Travel to and provide support for local Corporate locations
• Collaborate with coworkers and other departments to research problems and find solutions
• Assist Implementation team as needed with onboarding new employees
• Set up devices for upcoming projects by installing needed software
• Interact with infrastructure networking and logistics teams as needed for projects and troubleshooting
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

What Youre Working With:

• Basic knowledge of both Mac and Windows mobile devices and other tech products
• Detail oriented with ability to keep detailed notes
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Good problem solving analytical and team working skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented empathetic and cool tempered
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and follow through
