About the Role

You will handle incoming customer requests via phone email and chat ensuring a high quality of service for well-known global brands across sectors such as technology e-commerce travel and entertainment.

What You Will Do

Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers.
Resolve queries related to products accounts orders and basic troubleshooting.
Accurately log customer interactions in internal tools.
Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to continuously improve service quality.
Follow company procedures SLA guidelines and data protection standards.

Requirements

Native or C1 level in Dutch.
Good level of English (B1/B2).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotating shifts (depending on the project).
EU citizenship or the right to work in Greece.
No previous experience required full paid training provided.
