The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Operations and Strategy team you will oversee the operational excellence of the Tax Line of Service securing seamless execution of business processes. As a Manager you will drive effectiveness manage stakeholder relationships and foster a productive work culture while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational practices.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations shared services or professional services environment
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong analytical reporting and organizational skills
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
