Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Head of Surveyoring to join our clients team. This is a newly formed business which is set to grow and this is a strategic role which will suit someone looking to lead and grow a dedicated team with potential for equity
The successful candidate will be responsible forSurveying & Building repairs
Meeting customers and signing them up. - requiring excellent people skills
Accurate and timely surveys
Creating schedules of work
Pricing cost and value
Procurement
Management of contractors
Aftercare and customer satisfaction
Interface
- Work closely with Head of Claims Operations Director and 3rd party contractors
- Manage the client process and ensure a succesful completion of works
- Appoint and manage 3rd party contractors
- Ensure work is completed to insurer and clients satisfaction
The company is non-corporate and will suit and ambitious and agile person who wants to own the process and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
