Teaching into Diploma of Interpreting (Auslan)
Based at the Melbourne City campus with face to face and online teaching
As a Casual Teacher within RMITs College of Vocational Education you will be mainly responsible for the delivery of course material assessing students and the supervision of students enrolled in selected courses within the program.
You will participate in the programs continuing review of course content and development delivery teaching methods (including online delivery methods) and methods of students assessment. Your performance will be underpinned by participation in relevant activities which ensure your vocational competence meets and/or exceeds the education level being delivered and assessed.
We are looking for VE Teachers to assist in the program of C5423 Diploma of Interpreting (Auslan)
To be successful in this position youll have/ youll have as a minimum:
Hold or be enrolled in a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or higher)
NAATI registration for Interpreter in Auslan
Experienced Auslan interpreter
Demonstrated experience of teaching in Vocational Education is desirable
Hold an Employee Working With Children card (Victoria)
