A growing real estate business with both property management and rental operations is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant. The role includes office-based responsibilities from 10:00 AM3:00 PMtenant communication accounts receivable lease documentation and general administrative tasksfollowed by field work after 3:00 PM including apartment showings lease signings rent collection and photo documentation within a 2-mile radius of Williamsburg / Crown Heights. Ideal for someone detail-oriented organized and customer-focused. Property management or leasing experience is preferred but training is provided.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing tenant communication and general office tasks
Handling accounts receivable and lease documentation
Conducting apartment showings and lease signings
Performing rent collection and photo documentation
Supporting property management and rental operations
Providing customer service and contributing to sales-related tasks
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Sales or customer service experience
Property management or leasing experience preferred (training available)
Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
Salary: $25 - $30 /Hour Commission
