Job Summary
ESY Coordinator The Sudbury Public Schools provides Extended School year (ESY) services to prevent regression and reduce recoupment time for students with disabilities who are found eligible. The ESY Coordinator will be responsible for managing the following programs:The Preschool ESY Program; The ESY Program;The Partner Middle School ESY Program. Responsibilities:Assisting the Assistant Director of Student Services;Coordinator in planning preparing and managing all programs;Coordinating with SMILE/Explore Coordinators to ensure student supportCoordinating the programs in a day-to-day and minute-by-minute basis;With the Assistant Director guiding and coordinating the work of staff;With the Assistant Director providing organizational support for all staff;Guiding the work of staff in engaging with parents as partners;Managing operations including transportation snacks materials classroom other spaces etc.;Engaging with parents as partners;Collaborating with other team members in problem solving and Terms:All staff are required to work all days and hours of the specific program or staff must attend a 2-hour orientation meeting to be scheduled in late May or early by: Assistant Director of Student Services
