The position of Housing Coordinator provides housing services to clients in the MH Jail Diversion Center. The Housing Coordinator will screen for housing needs and work with internal resources and community agencies to obtain housing solutions for position will also participate in treatment team meetings to assist in the development of transition planning for clients transferring from the MH Jail Diversion Center. The Housing Coordinator willbe responsible forstaying current on housing programs within the community.
