PROJECT

Join an international engineering team working on advanced automotive electronics and embedded systems. You will contribute to the development of next-generation features by creating high-quality technical documentation analyzing customer requirements defining system functionalities and supporting tests on vehicle and bench setups. Your work will directly influence the design performance and reliability of modern automotive solutions implemented in global platforms.

YOU WILL

• Create technical documentation compatible with E&S quality standards.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications.
• Define product parameters and functionality according to customer needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for electronic prototypes.
• Analyze market-available technical innovations for potential use in company products.
• Support vehicle and bench test execution when required.
• Actively cooperate with software and test engineers.
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings.
• Maintain direct communication with the customer regarding the project.
• Contribute to technical innovations and organizational programs.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to E&S quality processes and schedules.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and partners.
• Continuously develop professional qualifications.
• Safeguard confidential information and company property.

MUST HAVE

• Masters degree in Electronics Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in automotive embedded systems (systems engineering or software development).
• Understanding of ASPICE processes.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g. Jira).
• Knowledge of electronics and electronic measurement basics.
• Familiarity with microcontroller applications and software programming.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Team-oriented approach and strong collaborative skills.
• High level of integrity in interactions with the company clients and collaborators.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to travel.
• 510 years of experience in a similar role.

NICE TO HAVE

• Working knowledge of automotive electronics.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Familiarity with Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
• Cybersecurity process experience.
• Experience with AUTOSAR.
• Requirements engineering (analysis of stakeholder requirements and creation of structured system requirements).
• Architecture modelling experience (e.g. SysML).
• German or French language skills.
