As aQA Engineer with Test Automation you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced power system applications. How youll make an impact

Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs.
Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
Conduct software testing including automated tests performance testing and manual testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality.
Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress.
Collaborate with developers to identify investigate and resolve issues found during testing.
Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement.
Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing.
Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.

Your background

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field with 3 years of experience.
Proven experience in automated testing using tools like Visual Studio NUnit TestNG and programming languages such as C#.
Familiarity with Distribution Energy Generation Management Systems (DMS/EMS/GMS) and SCADA systems is a plus.
Good knowledge of QA methodologies test design techniques and testing tools (e.g. Zephyr Scale Azure DevOps).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies SDLC and version control systems like Git.
Familiarity and desktop applications
Experience with performance security and compliance testing is an advantage.
Ability to develop innovative solutions and make decisions that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
