We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Data Solutions team and contribute to one of our key strategic programs. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for solving complex problems in a highly integrated multi-platform environment.
You will be a critical contributor to the Financial Investment Data Initiative gathering requirements analyzing data across its lifecycle and partnering with development teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable business value.
This position is based in our Smithfield RI client office on-site
.Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new features and enhancements.
.Analyze existing system functionality and data models leveraging SQL queries to uncover insights.
.Translate complex business and technical needs into clear actionable documentation.
.Design and implement dimensional data models to support scalable high-quality solutions.
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
.Communicate sophisticated concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
.Apply agile methodologies (Scrum) to deliver iterative high-value outcomes.
.Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics and continuously expand your skillset.
.69 years of professional experience in investment banking finance venture capital asset management or wealth management (required).
.Strong SQL expertise (ANSI SQL Oracle Snowflake).
.Proven experience in requirements gathering data analysis and solution design.
.Hands-on experience with dimensional data modeling.
.Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them clearly.
.Passion for continuous learning and innovation in data analytics.
.Agile methodology experience (Scrum).
.Recognized as a proactive problem solver and results-oriented contributor.
Bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $83900.00 - $115400.00.
