Key Responsibilities | - Leading a team of 10 20 Relationship Managers
- Handling the escalations of the team
- Training the new joiners
- Maintaining the tracker
- Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
- Work closely withRMs and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
- Monitorand regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
- Help theRelationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
- Get in touchwith clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and also to learn the changing
mindset of the clients - Deliver quality service to paid memberscounted amongst the cream of the society help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories

Eligibility | - Graduate
- Must have completed 18 months of service with the Company
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer facing/service and/or Sales role
- No disciplinary action/ PDP in the last 6 months of service
- Not less than C or Meets Expectation performance rating in the recent appraisal cycle
