UCT is looking for a talented Recruiter to join us in Singapore!
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a TA consultant to the business and build relationships to become a trusted advisor and influencer to the business stakeholders
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from research sourcing screening interviewing and managing evaluations through offer and acceptance stages
- Develop appropriate diverse sourcing strategies identify suitable candidates for positions and build diverse pipelines for key talent needs primarily through research networking direct recruiting as well as through the use of tools such as LinkedIn Jobstreet and referrals
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition practices and participate in various projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years and above of sourcing and recruiting experience. Experience recruiting semiconductor talent considered a very strong advantage.
- Advancedâsourcing skills with both active and passive candidates as well as in-depth knowledge of offer negotiation and closing tactics
- Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and/or ambiguous situations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively and proactively both verbally and written
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience inâBusiness Human Resources or related field required
