Role description
- Own and scale Ultralytics full demand engine across paid organic and lifecycle channels
- Run multi channel campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn YouTube email and retargeting
- Build landing pages messaging and funnel assets tailored to ICPs and personas
- Manage lifecycle automation in HubSpot including scoring segmentation and nurture flows
- Improve conversion through A B testing and Webflow optimization
- Collaborate with Sales on lead quality ICP refinement and pipeline acceleration
- Support Product Marketing with launches linked to YOLO11
- Maintain clear reporting across GA4 CRM and dashboards

Must haves
- 7-10 years in demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
- Hands on with Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager HubSpot and GA4
- Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline and improve MQL to SQL conversion
- Strong lifecycle automation segmentation and ABM experience
- Ability to build dashboards and interpret performance clearly
- Comfort operating in a fast paced high ownership environment
Nice to haves
- Experience marketing AI open source or developer tools
- Familiarity with Webflow and light JS for testing
- Knowledge of Looker Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Ecosystem or co marketing program experience
- Understanding of CV use cases across robotics retail and manufacturing
Salary: Up to 110K GBP with flexibility for exceptional talent
