Role description

  • Own and scale Ultralytics full demand engine across paid organic and lifecycle channels
  • Run multi channel campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn YouTube email and retargeting
  • Build landing pages messaging and funnel assets tailored to ICPs and personas
  • Manage lifecycle automation in HubSpot including scoring segmentation and nurture flows
  • Improve conversion through A B testing and Webflow optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales on lead quality ICP refinement and pipeline acceleration
  • Support Product Marketing with launches linked to YOLO11
  • Maintain clear reporting across GA4 CRM and dashboards

Must haves

  • 7-10 years in demand generation experience in B2B SaaS
  • Hands on with Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager HubSpot and GA4
  • Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline and improve MQL to SQL conversion
  • Strong lifecycle automation segmentation and ABM experience
  • Ability to build dashboards and interpret performance clearly
  • Comfort operating in a fast paced high ownership environment

Nice to haves

  • Experience marketing AI open source or developer tools
  • Familiarity with Webflow and light JS for testing
  • Knowledge of Looker Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Ecosystem or co marketing program experience
  • Understanding of CV use cases across robotics retail and manufacturing


Salary: Up to 110K GBP with flexibility for exceptional talent
