Job Description
- 10 years of consulting experience with expertise in pricing billing and fee management transformation.
- 5 years of experience specifically in Telecom sector
- In-depth knowledge of major pricing and billing solutions (ideally CSG products e.g. Encompass Advanced Convergent Platform or Singleview)
- Extensive experience in gathering business requirements developing pricing models and delivering Agile frameworks.
- Expertise in pricing strategies including relationship pricing discounting fee optimization and revenue recognition.
- Strong understanding of dynamic pricing techniques and billing models (e.g. usage-based tiered subscription).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance operations and technology teams.
- Strong communication skills capable of leading client demos crafting proposals and responding to RFPs.
- Extensive understanding of industry standards and trends in billing models and fee optimization strategies.
