Were seeking a passionate and experienced Blackbutt Reserve Coordinator to lead the day to day operations of Newcastles premier wildlife and nature reserve. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated team ensuring exceptional standards in animal care park maintenance and visitor experience while driving the development of engaging educational programs that connect our community with conservation. Youll oversee staff training and performance maintain compliance with DPI and industry requirements and foster strong partnerships with zoos vets and community groups. With a focus on safety team culture and continuous improvement youll play a key role in positioning Blackbutt Reserve as a leading destination for education and conservation.

Remuneration: $95192.44 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
