Job Summary

A respected and dynamic property development and construction group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing phase of a major development in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in delivering high-end finishes on large-scale projects.

Requirements:

At least 10 years experience in finishing supervision on large residential or commercial developments
Strong quality control skills and a meticulous eye for detail
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain productivity
Proficient in interpreting finishing schedules and technical drawings
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities
Supervise all finishing trades including painting ceilings joinery tiling and final fit-offs
Coordinate subcontractors to maintain workflow and meet programme deadlines
Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce company finishing standards
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays
Report progress and challenges to Site and Project Management
Valid drivers license
