Overview
Our client is a well-established multinational group and they are looking for Data Specialist with expertise in Master Data Management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the process improvement efforts for master data management in the APAC region ensuring alignment with company-wide data governance standards
- Execute data cleansing and data migration activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date master data
- Collaborate with internal BUs regional supporting team and legal entities to support the successful rollout of project implementation
- Work closely with the IT team to optimize master data management processes within a cloud environment
- Provide expertise and guidance on master data management best practices and tools particularly within the SAP system
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or other related disciplines
- Proven 3 years of experience in master data management with a focus on process improvement preferable working at supply chain logistic or other MNC companies
- Deep understanding of master data concepts and their significance in business operations
- Familiarity with working in a cloud environment and managing master data within SAP systems
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive successful project outcomes in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
- Knowledge of data governance principles and their application in a diverse regional context particularly in the APAC region
- A commitment to diversity equality and inclusion in the workplace
- Good command in English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin speaking)
