Job Description
A Robotics and Automation Instructor teaches students how to design program operate and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated industrial equipment. They provide both classroom instruction and hands-on lab training to prepare learners for careers in automation robotics integration and advanced manufacturing. Key Duties Teach robotics programming automation systems industrial controls and safety practices. Provide hands-on training with robots PLCs sensors and automated work cells. Develop and update curriculum to reflect current robotic and Industry 4.0 technologies. Assess student skills through exams labs and project-based learning. Maintain and ensure safe operation of robotics and automation lab equipment. Mentor students and support their career readiness. Collaborate with industry employers to align training with workforce needs Only applicants who reside in Iowa Nebraska or South Dakota will be considered
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in related field or Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
