Experience with plc pneumatic/hydraulic systems and motion control

knowledge in industry 4 concepts and smart manufacturing

knowledge / experience in robotic arm tooling prefered

develop mechanical automation solutions for manufacturing

Create mechanical designs layouts and assembly drawings

implement robotics and automated machinery production lines

integrate sensors and control system with mechanical components

analyze automation efficiency and enhance quality

Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot of automated systems

ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

work with electrical / software and controls engineers and coordinate with vendors / suppliers on automation components
