Job description

We are seeking an independent person who as a Payment Specialist will be responsible for payment processes and the dispatch of payment cards to customers in Poland.

Your future challenges:

Matching payments that the system can not match itself.
Sending payment cards to customers.
Occasionally assisting colleagues who process customer requests.

Job requirements

Min. 6 months of experience in payment processing finance operations customer service or data administration.
Hands-on experience working with financial systems payment platforms.
Skilled in entering and matching payments quickly and with a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of financial products (consumer credit).
Providing high quality customer service with minimal need for supervision.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals and maintain service standards.
Diligence and reliability in handling sensitive data.
Good problem solving skills.
Maintains accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation tasks.
Comfortably work with numerical data
Good command of spoken and written English(min. B1) and Polish (min. C1 level).
Knowledge of MS Office Google applications.
