Our automotive products fall into four primary groups: Seating and Lumbar support Wireless Charging Motors and Actuators and Mechanical Cables. As a Program Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to the Program Management department. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business.
JD:
- The Program Manager is responsible for adherence to the APQP process/programs/ product launches
- Create communicate and update project planning (milestones deliverables cost). Track and communicate the status of projects (progress risks issues impacts profitability)
- Ensure that we follow the APQP and customer-specific processes within our programs. Be the key contact for our customer during the Program.
- Structure periodic review within the technical and innovation organization on a needs basis for the Product launch process. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
- Responsible for creating and updating the database of Team Center Activities.
- Ensuring discipline is maintained and a culture of performance is inculcated in the team.
- Establish accountability and ownership in his team towards the achievement of deliverables against the plan.
- Ensure coordination and communication between internal teams for sharing relevant inputs on time including the support functions.
- Manage Engineering Changes and VAVEs
